I recently spent three nights at this hotel in Baku, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions and provided great recommendations for local spots to visit. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for me during my trip. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with something for everyone. I enjoyed starting my day with a great meal while overlooking the beautiful cityscape.

Exceptionally well maintained hotel with great customer focused. Hotel is family managed hence provided service with great interest. Comfortable bed, hygiene washroom. Breakfast spread was great. Host arranges tours and guides well. Mine 4 night stay was great. Thank you.

The manager Aga, and Staffs Malika, Abdul, Tahir, Umut and Ibrahim are very accommodating, Very Polite, Respectfully, Neat, Kind and Always Smile. I Should say, the service is excellent nothing compare with hotel services I have been experienced before. We stayed at the hotel for our visit to the US embassy. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the embassy, Great Value to the quality, very friendly stuff. Easy to communicate. I was using WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel, and I would receive the response to my question within a minute. I requested the transfer from the airport, and the driver was waiting for me as I landed. Next year, I will most likely stay at this hotel again.

Despite being in a central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Overall, my stay exceeded all my expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, outstanding service, and a prime location made for a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend Mildom Hotel to anyone looking for a first-class stay and can't wait to return in the future.

Very very friendly reception staff,helped with the luggage’s,always with a welcoming gesture.the room services were very fast. Stay was worth the money spent and breakfast was good.there was an extra bed in the same room for my child.all facilities were given as mentioned in the website Overall had a wonderful stay at mildom.thanks again for the wonderful staff.

The Mildom hotel was best experience in Azerbaijan. Specially staff was very helpful. In reception Maleyka, Ibrahim, Tahir was so careful he is working night actually but everyday you can see him here. If u have any problem, he can solve quickly and general manager Agabey so good man. I think I will come again to Mildom. Good luck 🍀🤞
